This comprehensive study, led by specialists from Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, investigated the eating habits and mental well-being of over 31,000 women. 

The correlation between high consumption of these processed delights and mood disturbances was pretty striking.

From convenience meals to beverages packed with artificial sweeteners, this research could be a wake-up call for many snack lovers.
